- Baggage Loss/Damage: Covers loss/damage during journey due to hotel/carrier staff mistakes (if in their custody), hotel room burglary (if registered as guest), or hijacking/threats.
- Travel Delay: If departure is delayed due to bad weather, mechanical issues, or strikes, indemnifies for extra accommodation and meals (specified per 6 consecutive hours up to max sum).
- Baggage Delay: Carrier delays over 8 hours (20% of sum), over 16 hours (additional 30%), over 24 hours (additional 50% for actual expenses).
- Medical Expense: Covers medical expenses incurred during the insurance period strictly resulting from an accident.
- Flight Cancellation: Occurring within 30 days before journey (special allowance to inform within 3 days). Covers death, serious injury/sickness of insured or family, riot/civil war, or residence damage (fire, natural disasters) within 7 days before trip.
- Attain the age of 15 - 75 years old.
- Hold a foreigner passport (Eligible for Non-Thai resident only).
- Register online within 24 hours after SIM card activation.
- This privilege is limited to 1 number / 1 passport / 1 redemption.
• The insurance offers 15 days at maximum of coverage and will be terminated immediately when the validity of TRUE Tourist eSIM ends.
• Coverage territory must be within the territory of Thailand, beginning when the insured successfully passes the Thai immigration procedures.
