When should I purchase eSIM?
Preferable purchase at least 2 days in advance of your travel date. Purchase of eSIM will not activate it. You can purchase up to 30 days in advance.
Is my device compatible with eSIM?
iOS: Check for add eSIM/Data plan option in mobile service setting.
Android: Check for add eSIM option in sim manager.
*Ensure that there your device is carrier unlocked.
Does Internet required to activate eSIM?
Secured and stable Internet connection is required for installation of eSIM. It can be done before departure with mobile data or upon arrival with secure Wi-Fi. (Airport unsecured free Wi-Fi is not recommended) Activation process does not required Internet. See how to install eSIM here.

When should I install eSIM?
eSIM should be install on travel date only (Before deperture). See how to install eSIM here. If you were given with redemption code, please redeem the QR code on travel date only. We are not responsible for early activation resulted from your action.
Error code “Unable to activate eSIM” may pop up after successful installation . Please read here.
How to redeem QR code?
QR code should be given by email or in the chat (for Shopee). However, if you purchased Viettel package you were given with redemption code only. You need to redeem the QR code on travel date (before departure). eSIM will be automatically activated upon redemption. Please redeem your QR code at here. Simply enter your email and copy paste the redemption code in the field.

Steps for troubleshooting
Error: Unable to activate eSIM
It is normal to get this error if you have installed the eSIM but haven’t arrived to the destination. Just turn on data roaming for eSIM upon arrival to activate.
If the code pop up when you scan the QR code. Check again if you have already installed the eSIM in Mobile Service setting.
If you have installed, please proceed to activate upon arrival by turning on Data Roaming for the eSIM.
If it hasn’t been installed, restart your device and reset network setting then rescan the QR code.
eSIM showing "activating"
It is normal to show as “Activating” if you have installed the eSIM but haven’t arrived to the destination country. eSIM can be activated in destination country only. Just turn on data roaming for eSIM upon arrival. In some cases, you need to manually select the correct operator. See here.
How to manually select network operator?
Network provider is selected automatically by your device. Manual selection is required when your device failed to do so. Please check for network provider details in the description of our product page. Follow the steps below:
Setting > Mobile Service > [eSIM] > Network Selection > [Turn off automatic & wait it load] > Select the correct provider
How to setup APN?
APN connect your device with the operator. Check for APN details in the description of our product page. Follow the steps below:
Setting > Mobile Service > [eSIM] > Mobile Data Network > Fill in the APN
*If you do not know what you are doing please leave it as it is.
How to reset network setting?
Reset network setting is a way to solve connectivity issue. It will only reset your network setting, keeping all your data and profile as it is. Follow the steps below:
Setting > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Setting
Why is the connection is unstable?
We have no control over the connectivity, it is solely depends on the local operator. Network is available in most places. Please expect disrupted/low connectivity in rural, mountainous, low populated area where local operator do not have good infrastructure. You may select network provider manually and reset network setting to resolve the issue.

Can I use eSIM and another eSIM or SIM card simultaneously?
Yes, dual SIM is available for most device. For more information, please check with your device’s manufacturer.
How long is the eSIM valid for?
QR code is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Please activate it within its validity. Once activated, the eSIM will be valid for the validity that you have purchased. Additionally, redemption code is valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
How to check data usage?
You may check data usage via mobile data or roaming usage in mobile service setting. Take note that the usage shown is not accurate as it is not up to date due to delay in tracking.
Is hotspot available?
Hotspot sharing is available. However it is not guaranteed, as it solely depends on the operating system and version of your device. The hotspot quota shares with the quota that you have purchased.
Can I reload my eSIM?
This service is not available. Once finish, you may purchase a new one.
Can I change or transfer device of eSIM?
No. ONE eSIM ONE device only. Once eSIM is installed it is bind to that specific device. It cannot be changed or transferred to another device.
