⚠️ The eSIM QR code is valid for 30 days from date of purchase (15 days for Viettel eSIM) and must be activated within this period. Once activated, the eSIM will valid for the validity that you selected.

⚠️ We are not responsible for early activation caused by installing the eSIM before your intended date of use.
The day count starts upon activation, which happens when you turn on Data Roaming for eSIM. However, for Viettel (Vietnam) and DTAC (Thailand) eSIMs, it starts immediately after scanning the QR code, hence only scan it on your intended date of use.
⚠️ Data Roaming for eSIM must be enabled during usage. The eSIM may connect to the network before activation, this is normal and does not mean it is activated.
No, activation doesn’t require internet. However, installation does. Please use mobile data before departure or secure Wi-Fi upon arrival (avoid public free Wi-Fi) to install eSIM.
⚠️ Delete any unused eSIMs before installing a new one to avoid confusion. Label the new eSIM as 'Travel' for easy identification.
Before proceeding, ensure your device is connected to a secure internet connection (avoid free public Wi-Fi) and that airplane mode is turned off.

If you bought multiple eSIMs for different countries, please install and activate them one at a time.
e.g. You are traveling to France with a transit in Singapore.
- Before departure to Singapore, install the Singapore eSIM. When you arrive, turn on data roaming for the eSIM to activate it.
- Before departure to France, install the France eSIM. When you arrive, turn on data roaming for the eSIM to activate it.
⚠️ Please label each eSIM clearly (e.g. “Singapore eSIM”, “France eSIM”) to avoid confusion.
If you purchase a multi-destination eSIM, your device will automatically connect to the available network in each country.
⚠️ If your device fails to do so, you need to manually select the correct operator. Please refer to the list of operator in product description. Try each of the available networks and select the one with the best signal.

If your device fails to connect automatically, choose the operator manually (check product description for supported operators, try each select the best).

Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Turn off Select Automatically > Select operator - Select / Add APN (if needed)
Some networks require setting or adding the correct APN (see product details).

⚠️ Leave APN setting as default if you are unsure what you are doing.

This is completely normal if you’ve installed the eSIM but haven’t arrived at your destination. Simply turn on Data Roaming for eSIM upon arrival to activate. You cannot rescan the eSIM QR code, same error will pop up if you do so.
If the error appears while scanning the QR code:
Check if the eSIM is already installed in your Mobile Service settings.
-If it’s installed: wait until arrival and activate by turning on Data Roaming.
-If it’s not installed: restart your device, reset network settings, connect to secure Internet, then rescan the QR code.

It’s normal for the eSIM to display “Activating” if it is installed but you have not arrived at your destination. Turn on Data Roaming for eSIM upon arrival to activate.
⚠️ Upon arrival, if your device fails to connect to the network operator, you may need to manually select the correct operator. Follow the steps below:
Setting > Mobile Service > [eSIM] > Network Selection > [Turn off automatic & wait it load] > Select the correct operator

This error occurs when your device connects to the wrong network. To fix it, manually select the correct network listed in your eSIM product description.
How to fix: Settings > Mobile Data > [eSIM] > Network Selection > Turn off automatic and choose the correct network from the list provided.

Yes, most devices support Dual SIM functionality. Our eSIM provides Mobile Data for your travel needs. While you may use your primary SIM card to receive call or SMS. For details, please check with your device manufacturer and primary carrier.
Yes, hotspot sharing is available. It uses the same data quota you purchased and can be shared with ONE device.
⚠️ Using hotspot will drain your data faster.

You can check it in your device’s mobile data or roaming settings. Usage breakdown of each app is displayed below. Deduct the usage with the total quota purchased to get the balance.

No. ONE eSIM can only be used on ONE device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be changed or transferred.
⚠️ eSIM can be installed ONE time only. It cannot be reinstalled even if it is deleted. No reissue of QR is permited.
If you have purchased a package with phone number included, the phone number will only be displayed upon activation of the eSIM in destination country.
