1. Promotion Period

– This promotion is valid from 1st to 30th April 2025.

2. Eligibility

– Open to customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotion period.

– Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Malaysia.

3. Giveaway – Plaza Premium Lounge Access

– Every eligible purchase grants customers a chance to win FREE Plaza Premium Lounge access at KLIA or KLIA2 (worth RM250).

– The number of winners will be determined by eTravel.

– Winners will be selected randomly and notified via email within 7 days after the promotion ends.

– If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

4. Redemption & Usage

– Lounge access vouchers are valid for a single entry and must be redeemed before 31st December 2025.

– The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

– Usage of the Plaza Premium Lounge is subject to the lounge’s terms and conditions.

5. General Terms

– The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

– The decision of the organizer regarding all matters related to this promotion is final.
