Plaza Premium Lounge Access Promotion
1.0 Duration of Promotion
1.1 The promotion starts from 1st September 2024 and end on 30th September 2024.
1.2 Winner will be drawn and revealed on 2nd December 2024.
1.3 Lounge pass can be redeemed within 3 month from date of issue.
2.0 Entry to Lucky Draw
2.1 Every RM50 spent on the website during the promotion will entitle the user to ONE entry.
2.2 User can have multiple entry with a single order. Eg: Total order value of RM120 will entitle the user for TWO entry.
2.3 User can have unlimited number of entry.
2.4 User’s email provided during checkout will be used to represent the user during the draw.
3.0 Winner Selection
3.1 Winner selection will be perform virtually via lucky draw wheel at here
3.2 The lucky draw will be perform on 2nd of December 2024.
3.3 The winner will be announced after receiving the result from the draw.
4.0 Winner of Lucky Draw
4.1 Winner will be notify via email upon receiving the result of the draw.
4.2 Winner shall respond to the email within 48 hours from the time of email sent.
4.3 In the case of the winner failed to respond, second draw will be performed to determine the next winner.
5.0 Usage of Lounge Pass
5.1 The pass can be used to access Plaza Premium Lounge in either KLIA or KLIA2.
5.2 The pass is entitled to be use by ONE person only.
5.3 The pass provides a maximum stay of 3 hours in the lounge.
5.4 The pass must be redeemed within 3 months from date of issue.
5.5 The pass is not transferable and cannot be resale.
6.0 Amendment to Terms & Conditions
6.1 eTravel reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2 eTravel reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion.

2.0 Usage of Promo Code
2.1 Promo code only applicable for order with total value of more than or equal to RM20 (Twenty Ringgit Malaysia)
2.2 There is no maximum cap of discount amount per order.
2.3 Each user has unlimited usage of the promo code.
2.4 Promo code cannot be combine or use together with other ongoing promotion.
2.5 Fixed packages are excluded from the promotion. (Eg. GiffGaff, Orange Holiday, DTAC)
2.6 User have to manually fill-in the promotion code into the coupon field during checkout in order to entitle for the discount.
3.0 Small Order Fee
3.1 Small order fee of RM1 (One Ringgit Malaysia) will be imposted for order with total value of less than RM10 (Ten Ringgit Malaysia) in order to cover the transaction fee imposed by payment gateway.
4.0 Return & Refund
4.1 Item sold during the promotion is not applicable for return and refund without any valid reason.
4.2 Platform fee of RM3 (Three Ringgit Malaysia) and transaction fee of 5% will be charged upon every successful Return & Refund order.
