At eTravel, we strive to provide high-quality eSIM services to meet your travel needs. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

 

1. General Policy

All sales of eSIMs and related services are final once the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used. However, we offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee if your eSIM has never been installed, activated, or used, and the refund request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

-The eSIM has not been installed or scanned into a device.

-The eSIM has never been activated or used for data/voice/SMS.

-The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

-A transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

 -5% for payments made in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)

 -8% for payments made in foreign currency

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

-The eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used.

-The eSIM has expired or exceeded its validity period.

-The device used is incompatible or not eSIM supported.

-Issues caused by local network coverage or performance outside our control.

-Misuse, tampering, or modification of the eSIM profile.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at contact@etravelmy.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Provide:

-Your full name

-Order ID and proof of purchase

-Reason for the refund request

-Confirmation that the eSIM has not been installed or used

Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3 business days. If additional details are required, we will contact you.

Approval or Denial: You will be notified via email whether your request is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed according to Section 4.

 

4. Refund Process

Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Transaction Fees: A processing fee of 5% (MYR payments) or 8% (foreign currency payments) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
