FAQ
*This discount is only available on our website. Shopee and Lazada charge higher platform fees, which prevent us from offering the same discount there.
You can purchase the eSIM up to 30 days in advance of your intended date of use. (up to 15 days in advance for Viettel eSIM)
You may still purchase the eSIM after reaching your destination, but advance purchase ensures a smoother experience.
Install the eSIM before departure on travel date. Upon arrival at your destination, turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM to activate.
You can install the eSIM after arriving, but it requires a secure internet connection. Free public Wi-Fi often causes error: Unable to Activate eSIM. Learn More
If you bought multiple eSIMs for different countries, please install and activate them one at a time.
e.g. You are traveling to France with a transit in Singapore.
- Before departure to Singapore, install the Singapore eSIM. When you arrive, turn on data roaming for the eSIM to activate it.
- Before departure to France, install the France eSIM. When you arrive, turn on data roaming for the eSIM to activate it.
- Reset Network Settings
Restores your device’s mobile data settings to default.
iOS: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Android: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset Settings > Enter Password > Reset - Turn On Mobile Data
Make sure Mobile Data is enabled. - Turn On eSIM
Ensure the eSIM line is switched on. - Set Mobile Data to Use eSIM
Confirm that Mobile Data is assigned to your eSIM, not your physical SIM. - Enable Data Roaming for eSIM
Switch on Data Roaming for the eSIM profile. - Manually Select Operator (if needed)
If your device fails to connect automatically, choose the operator manually (check product description for supported operators, try each select the best).
iOS: Settings > Mobile Service > [eSIM] > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic > Select operator
Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Turn off Select Automatically > Select operator - Select / Add APN (if needed)
Some networks require setting or adding the correct APN (see product details).
iOS: Settings > Mobile Service > [eSIM] > Mobile Data Network > Enter APN
Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names (APN) > Add or Edit APN

This is completely normal if you’ve installed the eSIM but haven’t arrived at your destination. Simply turn on Data Roaming for eSIM upon arrival to activate. You cannot rescan the eSIM QR code, same error will pop up if you do so.
Check if the eSIM is already installed in your Mobile Service settings.
-If it’s installed: wait until arrival and activate by turning on Data Roaming.
-If it’s not installed: restart your device, reset network settings, connect to secure Internet, then rescan the QR code.

It’s normal for the eSIM to display “Activating” if it is installed but you have not arrived at your destination. Turn on Data Roaming for eSIM upon arrival to activate.
Setting > Mobile Service > [eSIM] > Network Selection > [Turn off automatic & wait it load] > Select the correct operator

This error occurs when your device connects to the wrong network. To fix it, manually select the correct network listed in your eSIM product description.
How to fix: Settings > Mobile Data > [eSIM] > Network Selection > Turn off automatic and choose the correct network from the list provided.

You can check it in your device’s mobile data or roaming settings. Usage breakdown of each app is displayed below. Deduct the usage with the total quota purchased to get the balance.
